How do I use this Service?Customers will need the following to pay their bill:
- West Warren-Viola Utility District account number (located on your billing statement).
- The balance owed on your bill (also located on your billing statement).
- Your payment method: check, debit card, or credit card.
In addition, payments may be made at the District Office located at 141 Sunny Acres Road, Morrison, TN 37357 during regular business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or deposited in the after-hours night deposit box located at the drive thru window at the same location. Also, payment may be made at First National Bank in Manchester, McMinnville, or Woodbury ; Security Federal Bank in McMinnville; or Homeland Community Bank in McMinnville or Morrison.

What is the Service Fee?
NexBillPay charges a service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. Service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing payment.
Does West Warren-Viola Utility District keep any part of the service fee?
West Warren-Viola Utility District will NEVER keep any part of the NexBillPay service fee. NexBillPay is a separate entity providing a service for all the customers of West Warren-Viola Utility District.
How do I get a payment receipt?
After your payment is approved, NexBillPay will email your payment receipt to the email address you provided during the payment process. You can also print your receipt after the transaction is complete.

If your account is delinquent, disconnected, or in the disconnect process, you MUST contact the West Warren-Viola utility District office BEFORE you make a payment. Services will not automatically be restored or disconnection prevented if payment is made without contacting the West Warren-Viola utility District office at (931)635-2762 during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
